After its first edition in December, Monaco’s Telethon returned to Espace Léo-Ferré this weekend, with a rich and charitable program.
This emblematic event, organised by the Monaco Maladies Génétiques (MMG) association, once again puts the spotlight on solidarity with people suffering from genetic diseases.

The first event took place in December, raising almost 5,000 euros. A fine display of generosity continued this weekend in the Espace Léo-Ferré’s main hall, with a variety of shows and activities for the whole family.

A Sunday of solidarity and entertainment
The day kicked off at 11 a.m. with a children’s play, Le musical des rêves. Musical entertainment then set the pace for the afternoon.
At the same time, a variety of stands will be on hand for the enjoyment of young and old alike : a jumble sale organized by Child Care Monaco, fun workshops run by the Monaco fire department and Smileys de Monaco. There was also a bonsai stand for nature lovers, and a quiz on the Olympics offered by the Monegasque Olympic Committee.

The Telethon at Espace Léo-Ferré is a great opportunity to have fun while supporting an essential cause. Whether you want to dance, play or simply stroll around the stands, everyone was able to contribute to this surge of solidarity.
