This annual event, a highlight for food enthusiasts, promises a sensory journey through the finest culinary delights, showcasing the Principality’s vibrant gastronomic culture.
Spanning 2,500 square meters, the fair features around 100 stands offering a dazzling array of premium products, including truffles, oysters, foie gras, and chocolates. Last year, the event attracted over 15,000 visitors, solidifying its status as a premier gastronomic gathering on the Côte d’Azur.
Attendees can look forward to culinary demonstrations by acclaimed chefs, offering inspiration and insights into gourmet cuisine. A key highlight is the 6th edition of the Maestro Chef competition, where eight talented amateur cooks will compete for the prestigious title. The grand finale on Sunday, December 1, will crown the winner, who will receive a prize of €2,000.
With extended hours to accommodate visitors, the fair is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, and until 6 p.m. on Monday. Admission is priced at just €5, with free entry for children under 12. Additionally, visitors can enjoy complimentary access during specific time slots: Friday and Monday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., and Friday and Saturday evenings from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
