Slovenian cyclist Tadej Pogacar claimed victory in the fourth edition of the Beking Criterium, a charity race held around Port Hercule in Monaco.
Pogacar, who has enjoyed a stellar 2024 season with wins at the Giro d’Italia, the Tour de France, and the World Championships, crossed the finish line just one second ahead of Danish rider Mads Pedersen. Australian cyclist Michael Matthews completed the podium in third place.
The event, which combines elite cycling with philanthropy, once again brought together top riders for a good cause, with Pogacar adding yet another achievement to his remarkable career.
