Monaco Mayor Georges Marsan, accompanied by Secretary General Isabelle Costa, officially welcomed Her Excellency Manuela Ruosi, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Italy, to Monaco’s City Hall on Thursday, October 10.
The meeting marked Ambassador Ruosi’s formal introduction to local officials following her assumption of office in September.
