The Moretti Fine Art Gallery at Park Palace will present a unique exhibition titled ‘Regards d’ailleurs: Rhapsodie en bleu’ from Friday, September 13 to Wednesday, September 25.

Held under the Honorary Presidency of HSH Prince Albert II, this marks the fourth edition of the ‘Regards d’ailleurs’ series, showcasing the creative collaboration between the young talents of the Monaco Disease Power Association and the artist David Elia.

The exhibition draws inspiration from the concept of a rhapsody in music – a piece known for its irregular structure and emotional intensity. Mirroring this idea, ‘Regards d’ailleurs: Rhapsodie en bleu’ embraces spontaneity, improvisation, and a vivid contrast of moods and tones. At its core, the exhibition features a selection of works created using the cyanotype technique, a 19th-century photographic process known for its striking blue prints.

Cyanotype, sensitive to ultraviolet rays and the blue light spectrum, serves as the perfect medium to unify this diverse collection of works. The pieces reflect the imaginative and free-spirited approach of the young artists, taking viewers on a visual journey that captures a wide range of emotions and ideas. The unique combination of cyan blue and the free-flowing structure of the works creates an experience akin to a musical rhapsody, with each piece offering a glimpse into the creative minds behind it.

Visitors can explore this captivating exhibition at Moretti Fine Art, located at Park Palace, 27 Avenue de la Costa in Monaco. The event is a celebration of creativity and expression, showcasing how art can serve as a powerful medium for those with unique perspectives to communicate their world.
