South Africa’s Under-12s rugby sevens team, the ‘Blue Bulls’ have won the Sainte-Dévote rugby sevens tournament yet again, no doubt to the pleasure of South African native HSH Princess Charlene.

24 Under-12 teams from 21 different countries competed for gold at the Stade Louis II on Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20, but only one team could reign supreme.

The Monaco team won the semi-final against Switzerland to claim a respectable third place, while South Africa successfully defended their title with a win against France, forcing the petit blues to settle for second place at the end of a trying tournament.
