Work to reprofile Larvotto beach will start in mid-April and last until early May, in order to remove the steepness of the bank of gravel that has been accentuated during the winter months.

Swimming will be prohibited during the entire period, from April 15 until May 3, to protect users, as retention nets will be installed in the water to prevent the dispersal of sediment into marine protected areas close by. However, access to the beach itself will be allowed, parcel by parcel, as the work proceeds.

Work will be carried out from 07:30 until midday, and from 14:00 until 18:30. Restaurants and businesses will remain open. Regular maintenance of the beach will take place during the summer without any new closures.
