The great summer exhibition at the Grimaldi Forum, Monet in Full Light, has been a hit with the public since it opened last month. To date, almost 65,000 visitors have passed through the doors.

Bringing together a hundred paintings from all over the world, the exhibition traces the work of Monet and explores the artist’s stays on the Riviera at a pivotal moment in his life.

The journey through Monet’s work is illustrated by masterpieces rarely presented together and offers a new approach to the work of the Master and invites us to approach his work differently, the organisers say.

The outstanding, imaginative and inspired exhibition is curated by Marianne Mathieu.
