Antoine Alléno, the 24 year-old son of chef Yannick Alléno, was killed by the driver of a stolen car in Paris at 23:20 on Sunday evening, Le Parisien reported.
The driver of the Audi RS6 had given a parking attendant a false ticket to get behind the wheel of the car outside Coya restaurant, on ave Bosquet in the seventh arrondissement.
The pillion passenger on Antoine Alléno’s scooter was unhurt. The 25 year-old driver of the stolen car – who according to police sources has a long history of driving offences – was taken to hospital and refused to take a breath test.
Yannick Alléno has three Michelin stars and recently opened a restaurant at the Hermitage in Monaco.
