Monaco-based Eneti has signed a $175 million multi-currency credit facility and will participate in two investor events in April and May 2022.

The credit facility is with DNB Capital LLC, Societe Generale, Citibank N.A., Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Credit Industriel et Commercial. The company expects to draw down the facility within April 2022 and the immediate use of proceeds will include repayment of outstanding debt under its existing $60 million ING revolving credit facility, which will be terminated, and the repayment in full of $53 million of outstanding redeemable notes due in March 2023.

Eneti will participate in the following investor events: On April 13, 2022, a conference call with Julien Dumoulin-Smith, Ken Hoexter and Paul Zimbardo from Bank of America Securities; On May 10-11, 2022, Citi Bank’s Global Energy, Utilities, and Climate Technology Conference.
