For the second consecutive day, an elderly person with coronavirus symptoms has died in Monaco, the local health authorities announced on Thursday, March 17. The 85 year-old is the 54th victim since the pandemic started two years ago.
In the meantime, 51 residents tested positive for coronavirus on March 17, while 35 were declared fully-recovered.
Only seven patients are being treated for coronavirus at Princess Grace Hospital, including four residents. There are no patients in intensive care.
The number of residents with mild symptoms recovering at home rose again, to 237.
