As work on the Testimonio II site continues to progress at a steady pace, Groupe Marzocco and VINCI Immobilier, partners in SAM Testimonio II, will soon restore blvd. du Larvotto to full traffic.

Road works will begin in the next few days to restore the original route of blvd. du Larvotto. These operations will require alternating traffic on the boulevard from January 24, 2022, and will last two and a half months.

However, that will not be the end of major work as the partial dismantling of the temporary bridge will require new alternating traffic on ave. Princesse Grace which may also last a total of two and a half months from April to mid-July 2022.

In addition, during 2024, a roundabout will be created on the blvd. du Larvotto to facilitate and streamline the entrances and exits of the large parking lot of the extensive new real estate complex.

Completion of these road works will enable the completion of the first Tower in the Testimonio II project. The T2 Tower (30 levels and 100 metres high) includes 181 apartments for Monegasques. It will be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2022; together with the crèche with 50 places (approximately 1,000 m2) and more than 500 parking spaces.

Testimonio II is one of the largest real estate projects underway in the Principality and will represent a significant contribution to the development of the Principality and to the art of living in the new Monaco, the Government said.

Altogether there will be 348 state apartments and the complex will also house the International School of Monaco, which will be able to accommodate 700 students.

The private Residence, Bay House, completes the complex with 56 apartments and five villas.

The site has presented huge challenges due to the gradient and hydrological constraints. During peak times, more than 1,000 employees were working on the project which changes the face of the eastern end of Monaco.
