Forty residents tested positive for coronavirus in a 24-hour period to Tuesday evening, close to the record of 45 new cases in one day recorded in November.
Seven residents were reported fully-recovered.
Nine patients are being treated at Princess Grace Hospital, including two residents.
The number of residents with mild symptoms recovering at home has jumped again, to 153.
