The ninth Only Watch auction did not disappoint, as 53 timepieces went under the hammer in the presence of HSH Prince Albert at the Palexpo in Geneva.
The star timepiece on this occasion was the Patek Philippe Complicated Desk Clock, which reached the fourth-highest price ever paid at auction for a timepiece at a staggering CHF 9.5 million.
A further four timepieces exceeded the one million euro mark, and at the end of another successful Only Watch auction, a total of 28.5 million euros was raised for the benefit of the Monegasque Association against muscular dystrophy.
