The Prince’s Government is inviting Monegasques and residents aged 65 and over to receive a third dose of coronavirus vaccine, as well as healthcare professionals, who have been vaccinated for more than six months. The announcement followed the recent favourable verdict of the European Medicines Agency,
The Government has sent a letter to offer them the third dose of vaccine in order to strengthen their immune protection.
The Government has also called for more people to come forward to be vaccinated.
“A significant increase in the vaccination rate will allow a return to normal economic and social life. The Prince’s Government invites all people who have not been vaccinated to do so for themselves and for others. Depending on the evolution of the health situation, the Prince’s Government could adapt these health systems,” the Government said in a press statement.
