Marie-Pierre Gramaglia, Minister of Infrastructure, the Environment and Public Works, is one of the longest-serving member of Government, having first taken up her position in January, 2011. She will leave her post on September 1.
Before taking over at the ministry, Marie-Pierre Gramaglia had directed the department of Electronic Communications. She was only the second woman to head a Monaco ministry, after Sophie Thevenoux, who occupied the position of Counsellor of Finance and Economy from 2009 to 2011.
Her position will be taken by Céline Caron-Dagioni, currently general secretary at the Oceanographic Museum.
