Cash Support of the Netherlands has installed its first CTM-ONE systems in one of the world’s most prestigious casinos. Now customers at the SBM Casino de Monte Carlo can use the CTM-ONE system for ticket redemption and more cash desk-related functionalities, Casino International reports.
According to Cash Support, the next generation of automated cashier machine is specifically designed and developed for the casino floor.
The CTM-ONE encourages player self-service. This offers the customer less human interaction when redeeming their tickets and jackpot payments and increases both personal and staff safety.
Cash Support offers a wide variety of Self-Service Cash/Card/Ticket redemption terminals, with connectivity to all major CMS suppliers and ready for future payment developments like Wallet and Contactless environments, the company said.
