The Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo announces an exceptional weekend on October 24 and 25, 2020, a gastronomic piece in two acts, performed by Jean-Philippe Borro, Executive Chef of the Hôtel Hermitage and the restaurant Le Vistamar *, and Philipe Mille, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Executive Chef of the restaurant Le Parc ** at the Domaine des Crayères in Reims, invited for the occasion.

A 3-star, 6-course dinner at Le Vistamar restaurant on Saturday 24 October and “chic brunch” on the Eiffel mezzanine on Sunday 25 October, with double live cooking. A great moment of gastronomy not to be missed under any circumstances.

Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Executive Chef of the Le Parc restaurant, a two-star establishment of the Domaine des Crayères in Reims, Jean-Philippe Mille enthusiastically responded to the invitation of Louis Starck, General Manager of the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo and of its Chef Jean-Philippe Borro to form this piece in two acts.

The first act, on Saturday October 24, 2020 from 20:00, at Le Vistamar restaurant, with a 6-course dinner, showcasing seasonal products and the flavours of Champagne.

Knives seared on the grill, cauliflower with Chardonnay, Cream of Brassicaceae smoked with grape vines, vegetable oyster leaves. A generous and gourmet cuisine to fill the diner with pleasure.

Second act, Sunday October 25 from 12:30, on the Eiffel mezzanine, with a “chic brunch”. Another pure moment of gastronomy, placed under the sign of Champagne in homage to the region of Chef Mille and to the famous drink that will make this moment sparkle. Two “live cooking” sessions will be provided by the Chefs, as a culinary show. On the program, a perfect egg with caviar and perfectly warmed smoked salmon.
