A ‘Dinner with Stars’ evening at the Club Nautique de Nice, organised by CMB Monaco, brought together three chefs, each with two stars: Pieter Riedijk, Jean-Rémi Caillon, and Sébastien Vauxion, as well as the winner of Best Sommelier of the World, 2013, Paolo Basso.
