18th Monte-Carlo Film Festival de la Comedie

The 18th edition of the Monte-Carlo Film Festival will be held from Monday, May 31 until Saturday, June 5 in the Grimaldi Forum.

The International Monte Carlo Film Festival is entirely dedicated to comedy movies. Over the course of five days, guests will be able to participate in the screening of movie previews, meetings with comedy experts, master classes, seminars and more.

‘Lady Killers’

From 15:00, the Théâtre des Variétés will screen the 1955 British film, ’Lady Killers’. This film features Alec Guinness in the role of Professor Marcus, alongside other popular British actors Cecil Parker and Peter Sellers. Watch the trailer below:

8th Forum of Cultural Associations

The Department of Cultural Affairs has organised the eighth edition of the Forum of Cultural Associations on Saturday, June 5 and Sunday, June 6. On these dates, the doors of the Auditorium Rainier III will be open to the public from 14:00 until 18:30

This biannual event brings together around forty associations with the main objective of presenting and highlighting the activities and diversity of the Monegasque associative fabric in the field of culture.

As in previous editions, the format of this event will offer each participating association the possibility of having a stand and offering the public, under certain conditions, a short demonstration on a stage specially designed for the occasion.

The Spanish Spirit – an OPMC concert

The Monte Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra presents this Grande Saison concert, from 18:00 at the Auditorium Rainier III. Josep Pons will conduct Cantaora María Toledo and Pianist Nelson Goerner as they perform the works of Maurice Ravel and Manuel de Falla.

Two exceptional Trio Goldberg concerts

The first Trio Goldberg will hold two exceptional concerts, the first of which will be held in St Paul’s Anglican Church in Monaco from 18:30 on Thursday, June 17. Tickets can be bought at the door at the rate of 15 euros for adults.

The second concert will take place in the Saint Micheal’s Anglican Church in Beaulieu-Sur-Mer on Friday, June 18.

Entrevue au Féminin

“An exhibition where four women artists, a writer and the Galimard Perfume House express, their idea of feminine sensuality.” This exhibition will be run from June 24 to July 16 at the Maison de France in Monaco. Discover more here.
