By Thursday, May 27, 16,502 Monaco residents had received a first dose of coronavirus vaccine, accounting for 43.03 percent of the total population.

The figure for second injections stands at 13,527, or 81.97 percent of those who have received a first dose. From Monday, May 31, all Monaco residents over 18 are invited for jabs.

Meanwhile, in the neighbouring Alps-Maritimes, the benchmark infection rate per 100,000 fell to 32 on Sunday, May 30, and France has also now opened up vaccinations to all adults.
