A Monaco resident aged 82, who had tested positive for coronavirus, has died, the Government reported on Tuesday evening. According to the Government’s criteria, this was the 25th coronavirus-related death of a Monaco resident since the start of the pandemic.
Nine new cases were reported on Tuesday together with 10 full recoveries.
Twenty-six residents are currently being treated at the Princess Grace Hospital, five in intensive care. In addition, 23 patients from outside the Principality are also being treated as in-patients, six in intensive care.
A total of 132 residents with mild symptoms are recovering at home under the supervision of the Home Monitoring Centre.
