Monaco’s newly appointed Minister of State, Didier Guillaume, will convene his first council meeting on September 11, with his team of government advisers. In his new role, Guillaume is expected to work closely with several key figures to shape policy direction for the Principality.
Guillaume’s government team includes:
- Céline Caron-Dagioni: Government Counselor-Minister of Equipment, Environment, and Urban Planning. Caron-Dagioni, a former engineer, is known for her focus on sustainable development and urban planning, aiming to further Monaco’s environmental and infrastructure goals.
- Isabelle Berro-Amadeï: Government Counselor-Minister of External Relations and Cooperation. A distinguished former judge at the European Court of Human Rights, Berro-Amadeï will be responsible for fostering Monaco’s diplomatic relations and international cooperation.
- Lionel Beffre: Government Counselor-Minister of the Interior. With extensive experience in public administration, Beffre’s role involves overseeing Monaco’s internal security, law enforcement, and public order.
- Christophe Robino: Government Counselor-Minister of Social Affairs and Health. Robino, a medical doctor by training, will manage Monaco’s public health strategy, social welfare policies, and the healthcare system.
- Pierre-André Chiappori: Government Counselor-Minister of Finance and Economy. A prominent economist, Chiappori will focus on economic strategy, fiscal policy, and financial regulation to strengthen Monaco’s economic position.
Guillaume’s council will address pressing issues such as environmental sustainability, healthcare, economic resilience, and international diplomacy. The first council meeting under the new Minister of Sate’s leadership will set the tone for future administrative and policy decisions in the Principality.
