As part of the 7th edition of Italian Cuisine in Monaco, the Monegasque delegation of the Italian Academy of Cuisine held a convivial dinner on November 30 at the restaurant of the Société Nautique, to celebrate the historical and cultural links that have existed since 1595 between the Princes of Landi and the Grimaldi family.

Among the participants were many personalities such as Michel Boeri of the Automobile Club, the Italian Ambassador to Monaco HE Giulio Alaimo and, exceptionally, HSH Prince Albert II who, after offering the delegate ing. Luciano Garzelli, a copy of Palais de Monaco, à la table des Princes, by Véronique André (Hachette Cuisine Edition), honoured the evening with his presence, tasting the rich menu inspired by the gastronomic traditions of Parma, and prepared by Executive Chef Francesco Ziveri (assisted by Chef Leonardo Grassi), who was presented with the commemorative plate of the Italian Cuisine Academy and the pennant.

Among the partners of the evening was Alma, the professional training centre dedicated to Italian hospitality and catering at an international level, represented by Massimo Gelati.
