Monaco’s municipal council has approved the addition of several more storeys to the Honoria Palace building, currently under construction at the beginning of the blvd. de Belgique.

The initial project contained 65 apartments, and the additional storeys will take the total to 84.

Five more floors will be added to the lower section of the building, which in the original plan had just three floors, while one more floor will be added to the tower, taking it to 15 storeys.

The state-owned structure will contain a creche, two commercial areas and 168 parking spaces as well as the 84 apartments.
