The National Archives Prefiguration Mission (MPAN), created in 2021, and the Central Archives and Administrative Documentation Service (SCADA) are actively participating in the fourth International Archives Week.

The two entities will present the National Archives project, the archival professions, and original documents emblematic of the Principality’s contemporary history (mainly the 20th century).

This event focuses this year on the theme #WeAreTheArchives, in order to introduce the public to archives.

The two services will open the archives to the public on Friday June 10 from 09:30 to 17:00 by simple reservation by email (scada@gouv.mc) or by telephone on 98 98 95 00 at the Ministry of State, Place de la Visitation. The maximum group size is six and the tours last one hour.

The archives hold a fascinating historical collection of letters, photos, maps and plans.
