Monaco has taken a major step forward in modernising its employment processes, with new digital features designed to simplify and accelerate hiring across the Principality…
Announced this week and led by the Department of Social Affairs and Health, in collaboration with the Direction du Travail and the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition, the initiative aims to make recruitment more accessible for both employers and job seekers.
Building on progress made in 2024, the system has already introduced dedicated online spaces for employers and candidates via MonGuichet.mc, allowing real-time management of job offers. Public listings on MonServicePublic.mc have also improved the visibility of opportunities, while thousands of users have already adopted the platform.
From March 2026, the process will become fully digital. Employers and candidates will be able to complete the entire hiring journey online, including submitting required forms, signing documents electronically and paying associated fees. Accessible 24/7, the system is designed to reduce administrative delays and streamline recruitment procedures.
A key addition is the launch of an online CV database, enabling job seekers to showcase their profiles directly to employers and increase their chances of finding work.
This latest development reflects Monaco’s broader commitment to digital transformation, with a focus on delivering more efficient, user-friendly public services tailored to the evolving needs of the employment market.
