Monaco will host the 51st Critérium Cycliste this Sunday, March 22, centred around Port Hercule, with the race village installed on Quai Albert Ier and a course running along key waterfront roads…

As in previous years, significant traffic adjustments will be in place to accommodate the event and ensure public safety. From Saturday night at 23:00 through to Sunday evening, access along Boulevard Albert Ier will be restricted, with traffic limited to the lower lane, while sections of Quai Antoine Ier will be closed entirely.

On race day, from 6:30 to 18:30, several major roads—including Route de la Piscine, Avenue J.F. Kennedy and parts of Quai des États-Unis, will be closed to vehicles, with a one-way system introduced in surrounding areas.

Parking restrictions will also be enforced across the port district, affecting key locations such as Boulevard Albert Ier, the Louis Chiron corner and the Darse Sud. Urban bus services will be impacted, with certain stops relocated or temporarily suspended, and Line 1 diverted via alternative routes.

Motorists and residents are advised to plan ahead, allow extra travel time and follow posted signage throughout the weekend as Monaco once again welcomes this popular sporting fixture.
