A strong crowd gathered at the Grimaldi Forum yesterday for the fourth edition of the Monaco Employment Forum, confirming the event’s growing role as a key meeting point between job seekers and employers across the Principality…
The forum was officially opened by Minister of State Christophe Mirmand and Christophe Robino, Government Advisor-Minister of Social Affairs and Health. More than 100 exhibitors representing 14 sectors, including construction, hospitality, culture, education, sport and healthcare, welcomed candidates throughout the day, with hundreds arriving armed with CVs and determination to explore new opportunities. The event, organised by the Department of Social Affairs and Health, aimed to help companies recruit the talent they need while supporting those seeking employment, training or career changes.
This year’s edition placed an unprecedented spotlight on digital professions, reflecting the rapid evolution of the job market and growing demand for skills in areas such as web development, artificial intelligence and data management. Employers and training institutions alike were present to guide candidates through emerging opportunities and future career pathways.
A series of “Cross-Rendezvous” conferences also enriched the programme, offering practical discussions on recruitment trends, training options and adapting to the digital age. These sessions encouraged dialogue between recruiters, experts and candidates, providing valuable insights into Monaco’s evolving employment landscape.
Open to all profiles and free to attend, the forum attracted job seekers from Monaco and neighbouring regions, including a strong presence from Italy. By the end of the day, many exhibitors reported a high volume of promising CVs and meaningful exchanges, underlining the forum’s continued success as a vital platform for recruitment and professional connection in Monaco.
