The Théâtre Princesse Grace is set for a compelling month of theatre this February, opening with a powerful adaptation of Ingmar Bergman’s Scènes de la vie conjugale on Friday, February 6 at 20:00…

Originally created for television in 1973, Bergman’s six-part masterpiece explored the emotional complexities of marriage with remarkable honesty, captivating audiences across Sweden and beyond. Now reimagined for the stage in a new adaptation directed by Christophe Perton, this intense and intimate production stars Romane Bohringer and Stanislas Nordey as Marianne and Johan, a seemingly perfect couple whose relationship gradually unravels under the weight of expectations and unspoken truths.

The programme continues on Thursday, February 12 with Edmond Rostand’s timeless classic Cyrano de Bergerac, directed by Anne Kessler of the Comédie-Française, promising wit, poetry and romance in equal measure. Later in the month, on Friday, February 27, audiences can discover Dans les yeux de Monet, a theatrical journey into the life and vision of the great Impressionist painter, directed by Tristan Petitgirard.

With a rich mix of emotional drama, literary classics and artistic exploration, the Théâtre Princesse Grace once again confirms its place at the heart of Monaco’s cultural life. Tickets and further information are available via the theatre’s box office and official ticketing platforms.
