The 25th edition of Les Assises de la Cybersécurité officially opened this Wednesday at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco, bringing together leading international experts to discuss the growing challenges of digital security. Running until Saturday, October 11, the conference will see industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators exchange ideas on how to confront the ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Monaco’s Minister of State, Christophe Mirmand, underlined the dual role of cybersecurity as “both a protective pillar and a driver of innovation, trust, and progress.” His remarks highlighted the Principality’s ongoing commitment to digital resilience and technological excellence.

The ceremony also featured the renewal of the cooperation agreement between Monaco’s Digital Security Agency (AMSN) and France’s National Cybersecurity Agency (ANSSI), reinforcing the strategic partnership between the two nations in combating cybercrime. Following the signing, Mirmand met with several local and international stakeholders to discuss Monaco’s growing role as a hub for digital trust and data protection.

Organised by Maria Iacono, Les Assises de la Cybersécurité has long been a key meeting point for cybersecurity professionals, attracting major players from across Europe and beyond. Iacono is set to appear on Monaco’s evening news later today to discuss what’s new in this milestone 25th edition and how the event continues to shape the future of digital security.
