Monaco Legend Group returns to Le Méridien Beach Plaza this autumn for its next Exclusive Timepieces auction, taking place across two days, Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 October 2025…

With more than 250 watches confirmed, the sale comes at a time when collectors are demanding three things above all else: unquestionable provenance, true rarity and a great story. This catalogue delivers on all fronts.

Leading the cultural charge is a Rolex directly linked to Andy Warhol, a watch from the legendary artist’s personal collection that injects a rare crossover between fine watchmaking and contemporary art history. It is joined by a black-dial, diamond-index Rolex reference 6062,  one of the most coveted configurations of Rolex’s triple-calendar moonphase.

From there, sophistication turns to spectacle with a Patek Philippe reference 2481, fitted with the famed “Tropical Rainforest” cloisonné enamel dial, a masterpiece of mid-century craftsmanship. A special find for collectors is a factory-built Rolex Daytona prototype reference 6240, supported by Atelier Prototypes documentation, a hyper rare watch never intended for public sale.

Public previews will run throughout the week, giving collectors, journalists and curious onlookers ample time to examine the headline pieces before bidding begins. Viewings open at Le Meridien Beach Plaza Hotel on Thursday 16 October from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm continue on Friday 17 October from 10:30 am to 8:00 pm and conclude on Saturday 18 October from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm, just hours before the first hammer falls.

The auction itself will be staged across three sessions: Session 1 opens on Saturday 18 October at 2:30 pm with lots 1 to 111. Session 2 resumes on Sunday 19 October at 10:30 am with lots 112 to 170, followed by Session 3 at 2:30 p.m., closing the sale with lots 171 to 270.

Registration is now open for in-room, phone and online bidding, with the full digital catalogue, including detailed imagery, available at monacolegendauctions.com.
