As Easter approaches, the Mairie de Monaco has unveiled an exciting lineup of family-friendly events across various communal venues, offering everything from creative workshops to outdoor adventures…
The festivities kick off at the Bibliothèque Princesse Caroline, where children can dive into the world of pixel art on April 8, transforming small squares into unique digital masterpieces. On April 10, little ones will be enchanted by a Kamishibaï storytelling session, bringing traditional Japanese paper theatre to life. A spring-themed reading session on April 14 will further immerse young audiences in the magic of Easter tales.
Budding artists can get their hands dirty with clay at an Easter pottery workshop on April 16 in Salle A Fàbrica, where children aged 7-10 will craft Easter-themed pencil holders and trinket dishes. Meanwhile, the beloved “Chasse aux Plantes” returns to the Jardin Exotique’s Centre Botanique on April 19, where children aged 3-12 can search for hidden plants and claim a chocolate egg reward.
The Easter fun culminates on April 20 at the Parc Princesse Antoinette, where families can enjoy a lively afternoon featuring a bouncy castle, face painting, creative workshops, wooden games, balloon sculpting, mascots, and a photo booth. Adding to the excitement, a petting zoo will introduce children to adorable farm animals.
Most activities are free, but some require advance registration due to limited spaces. Families are encouraged to join the celebrations and create lasting Easter memories. For more details, visit mairie.mc or contact the relevant departments.
