Monaco has found itself drawn into an increasingly high-profile international legal dispute involving Adriana Karembeu and her former husband André Ohanian, as the former model launches multiple criminal complaints across France, Morocco and the Principality…

As reported by Monaco Matin, the case has intensified in recent weeks amid an ongoing custody battle concerning the couple’s seven-year-old daughter, Nina. While Ohanian has publicly targeted both Karembeu and her current partner, singer Marc Lavoine, the Slovak-born model has now responded with an extensive legal counter-offensive supported by lawyers in both Paris and Monaco.

The Monaco dimension of the affair has added a particularly sensitive angle to the case. On May 4, a complaint was reportedly filed in the Principality concerning alleged attacks on automated data systems, dissemination of computer data and invasion of privacy. The move places Monaco alongside France and Morocco as one of the jurisdictions now directly involved in the widening dispute.

The legal escalation follows a series of explosive public accusations made by Ohanian in the French media, including claims relating to parenting, behaviour within the household and access to inappropriate material. Karembeu has strongly denied the allegations and previously accused her ex-husband of verbal and physical violence.

With complaints now spanning three countries, the case appears set to become an increasingly complex international legal confrontation.
