Monaco’s entrepreneurial community gathered last night at the Rainier III Auditorium as the Junior Chamber International Monaco (JCI Monaco) celebrated the 30th edition of the Business Creation Competition (CCE). Held under the High Patronage of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II on Tuesday, December 3, the ceremony highlighted three decades of innovation and ambition from young entrepreneurs seeking to build their future in the Principality.

To mark this anniversary year, JCI Monaco introduced new awards recognising former success stories that have grown into pillars of the local economy. Three emblematic companies — DITO, A Domicile Monaco and Carlo — were honoured, each representing one decade of the competition’s history and its long-term impact on Monaco’s business landscape.

The 2025 winners were then announced, showcasing a fresh wave of inventive and Monaco-focused initiatives. The Government Prize, worth €40,000, went to Radio Chantier, created by Cyril Cros and Alexandre Mattelon. Their platform uses AI to improve decision-making and streamline operations on construction sites. The €21,000 JCI Monaco Prize was awarded to DataGreen, led by Julien Choukroun, whose project captures and reuses waste heat produced by datacentres, offering an environmentally conscious solution with clear relevance to Monaco’s sustainability goals. The Athos Partners Prize of €10,000 was given to Meuble Monaco, represented by Isobel Ridley, which provides an online resale platform to help residents manage and repurpose their household furniture. The Jury’s Coup de Coeur prize went to ClickMeal, founded by Alexia Montero and Guillaume Delachet, whose connected fridges offer companies a modern, local and cost-effective catering alternative right inside the workplace.

In addition to the financial awards, the winners will receive tailored support through the Success Box, made possible by numerous partners including Monaco Telecom, KPMG, the Monaco Economic Board, and several other key players in the Principality. This package is designed to guide and secure each project’s first year of activity in Monaco.

Supported by the Princely Government, the Economic Development Department and the Welcome Office, the CCE has become an essential launchpad for the region’s most promising businesses. Since 1995, it has helped elevate initiatives such as Carlo App, WES, Papyrus, Bookvidéo, Le Teashop and My Marketing Xperience, reinforcing its reputation as a catalyst for new ventures.

Project manager Léa Pizzio-Guaitolini thanked partners and contributors, emphasising that their commitment made it possible to deliver an anniversary edition worthy of the competition’s symbolic milestone. Three decades on, the CCE continues to nurture the entrepreneurs shaping the future of the Principality.
