The second edition of Monaco Inspire on November 29th, organised by the Junior Chamber of Economic Development of Monaco, confirmed its growing status as one of Monaco’s most energising business events…
Hosted at the Le Méridien Beach Plaza, the morning brought together start-ups, founders and future business leaders eager to turn bold ideas into concrete reality.
Three headline speakers set the tone with contrasting but complementary journeys. Kelly Massol, founder of Les Secrets de Loly, shared the realities of building a brand from scratch. Freediving world-record holder Pierre Frola delivered a powerful message on resilience and reinvention, while Damien Calamuseau and Justine Frasher lifted the curtain on the international expansion and new creative directions of Banana Moon.

The event took on added significance with the presence of HSH Prince Albert II, who toured start-ups and innovation workshops, underlining the Principality’s commitment to entrepreneurship and international outreach. Participants travelled in not only from Monaco, but also from Nice, Paris, Switzerland and Luxembourg, reinforcing the event’s growing global pull.
Beyond the talks, the real strength of Monaco Inspire lay in the exchanges — practical advice, candid discussions of failure and success, and a shared belief that Monaco offers fertile ground for ambitious projects. As the Junior Chamber prepares its leadership transition for 2026, this second edition leaves little doubt: Monaco Inspire is no longer just an event, but a genuine launchpad for the Principality’s next generation of innovators.
