MonacoTech, the Principality’s startup incubator, has announced a new chapter in its development with the appointment of Chloé Boscagli as Director, effective 1 December…
Boscagli succeeds Sandrine Sauval-Chanteloube, who has led the incubator since 2021 and now moves to SMEG as Director of Innovation.
Co-founded in 2017 by the Prince’s Government, Monaco Telecom and Xavier Niel, MonacoTech has become a cornerstone of innovation in Monaco. The incubator has supported 68 startups since its creation, helping generate 30 active companies and around 60 jobs in the Principality. Today, its portfolio includes 25 young, high-potential enterprises in fields ranging from deep tech and sustainability to fintech and med-tech.
In her new role, Chloé Boscagli will steer MonacoTech’s next phase of growth, with particular emphasis on strengthening the incubator’s international reach. A graduate of HEC Paris and the Sorbonne, she began her career at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre before joining Monte-Carlo SBM as Project Director. She later played a pivotal role in the creation of Monaco’s Attractiveness Unit, overseeing Monaco Private Label, a network of nearly 2,000 influential entrepreneurs and investors worldwide. She also serves as a Deputy Mayor, responsible for early childhood, youth and gender equality.
MonacoTech has warmly thanked outgoing Director Sandrine Sauval-Chanteloube for her four years of leadership, during which the incubator expanded both its structure and impact, accelerating job creation and fostering a stronger innovation ecosystem in the Principality.
With a renewed vision and a strengthened international mandate, MonacoTech positions itself for an ambitious new cycle of growth at the heart of Monaco’s innovation landscape.
