Monaco has rolled out a new online service allowing citizens to submit their first application for the Aide Nationale au Logement (ANL), or to file a new request after moving home, marking another step in the Principality’s ongoing push to modernise public services.

Developed by the Direction de l’Habitat in partnership with the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition, the tool is now available on MonGuichet.mc and enables applicants to complete the entire process digitally — securely, independently, and without the usual parade of paper documents.

The platform includes several practical features designed to make life easier: users can save their application as they go and return to it at any time, benefit from automatic pre-filling of personal information via their MonGuichet.mc login, and even authorise a trusted person to help complete or review the file. Communication with the Direction de l’Habitat is also streamlined, helping to speed up processing times.

For now, the digital service is limited to first-time ANL applications or those linked to a new residence. A second phase is already in the works, which will allow recipients to complete their annual renewal online as well — creating, at long last, a fully digital path for all beneficiaries.

Further information on the ANL process is available on MonServicePublic.mc. Residents needing assistance with the new tool can stop by La Maison du Numérique at the Jardins d’Apolline (Bloc D) for free, walk-in support, or call the user helpline on (+377) 98 98 95 99, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:30.
