The second Grande Braderie of the Monaco Red Cross has been a resounding success, drawing huge crowds under the Fontvieille marquee for a weekend of bargain-hunting and generosity…
The event, supported by 213 dedicated volunteers, was supported by a visit by His Serene Highness Prince Albert II. The sale featured more than 800 boxes of donated goods from private individuals and professional partners alike. From luxury items and homeware to children’s toys and clothes of every style and size, the sale offered something for everyone, and all for a good cause.

The variety was staggering: strollers and playpens for young families, designer shoes and dresses for fashion lovers, and even unique kitchenware and collectibles. Many visitors left with both treasures and smiles, happy to know their purchases would help fund the Red Cross’s humanitarian work in Monaco and beyond.
For organisers, the growing success of the Grande Braderie is a point of pride. “The first year, we raised between €15,000 and €17,000,” one volunteer explained. “Now, the results are much higher, and every euro goes towards beautiful projects that make a real difference.”
With the atmosphere buzzing and prices described as “more than competitive,” the sale once again proved that community spirit and compassion remain at the heart of the Principality’s charitable life.
