The fourth Breakfast Conference of 2025, organised by the Jeune Chambre Économique de Monaco, took place this morning at Le Méridien Beach Plaza Hotel, exploring the theme “Attractivity in the Principality: the integration of new residents.”

The event brought together key figures shaping Monaco’s population and policy landscape, including Ludmilla Raconnat Le Goff, Delegate for Attractivity to the Minister of State; Éric Arella, Director of Public Security; Chloé Boscagli, Task Force member at the Attractivity Cell and Director of Monaco Private Label; Rémy Le Juste, Police Divisional Commissioner and Head of the Administrative Police Division; and Frédéric Soldano, Police Captain of the Residents Section.

Discussions centred on the Principality’s ongoing efforts to welcome new residents while preserving Monaco’s unique balance of security, quality of life, and community identity. Speakers highlighted the importance of maintaining personalised administrative support and clear communication channels for newcomers settling in the Principality.

The conference series continues to serve as a forum for dialogue between public institutions, private stakeholders, and Monaco’s business community — reflecting a shared ambition to strengthen the Principality’s international appeal while ensuring smooth and sustainable integration for all who call Monaco home.
