Swaine, Britain’s oldest prestige brand, has chosen the Yacht Club of Monaco as the venue of a debut showcase during October 1-3.

The choice of Monaco’s most prestigious members’ club is no accident, as Swaine makes a bold new move to make itself known to a discerning international elite beyond its London home territory.

This will be “a significant first step in showcasing our iconic british aesthetic to Monaco’s refined residents,” the company says.

With over 275 years of heritage, Swaine is renowned for leather goods, umbrellas and headwear handmade in the UK using time-honoured techniques, serving royalty and gentry for centuries. The Monaco showcase will feature a curated edit of distinguished designs, from refined leather accessories and lifestyle objects such as game sets and humidors, to icons including Panama hats, Swaine’s signature umbrellas and exotic leathers.

Swaine’s client team will be on hand throughout to offer private appointments for clients wishing to explore bespoke commissions.

Monty Lowry Corry, Brand Development Director said, “Monaco represents those collectors who appreciate absolute craft, understand finery and require original offerings. We are delighted to present Swaine’s handmade pieces on the Riviera and to welcome clients for private appointments.”
