Monaco will transform into a hub of wheels, colour, and community spirit on Saturday, September 13 as families gather to support the fight against paediatric cancers. Organised by the Flavien Foundation, this year’s charity event promises a full day of activities designed to raise both awareness and vital research funds.

From 9:00 to 18:00, the Apolline Gardens and Promenade Honoré II will host an expanded route packed with entertainment for all ages, accessible with a symbolic €2 entry. The day begins with lively demonstrations on Monaco’s iconic Formula 1 circuit, followed by the official ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:00, where local authorities and Monaco’s fire brigade will honour the young lives at the heart of the cause.

Adding a playful twist, cosplay groups including Les Pirates du Coeur and Galaxie Vésubie will bring their creativity to a costume contest offering cash prizes. Children and adults alike can enjoy inflatable games, a pop-up skate park, face painting stations, and even a family heritage corner hosted by the Cercle Généalogique et Héraldique.

At 14:30, the much-anticipated parade will set off, creating a spectacle of wheels, costumes, and camaraderie through the streets of the Principality. As the day draws to a close, a charity raffle featuring contributions from local retailers will precede the presentation of a €100,000 donation to the Centre Scientifique de Monaco, funds dedicated to advancing research into paediatric cancers.

Now in its 11th edition, the event continues to combine fun, community and purpose, turning a simple day out into a powerful gesture of hope for young patients and their families.
