The Louis-II car park in Monaco will undergo a full closure starting Monday, July 21, as part of an essential refurbishment project aimed at improving the infrastructure and overall user experience. The closure is expected to last ten weeks, with the facility scheduled to reopen at 6:00 on Monday, October 6.

The works will involve complete resurfacing and maintenance of the car park’s floors, walls, and ceilings, designed to enhance safety, lighting, and cleanliness for all users. The project is part of Monaco’s broader effort to modernise its public infrastructure and maintain high standards across its transport services.

During this period, subscribers to the Louis-II car park will be redirected to alternative nearby facilities, specifically the Grimaldi Forum and Portier car parks, where access has been arranged to accommodate them. Casual visitors are advised to use the Viaduc car park, which will remain open and accessible throughout the renovation.

Motorists and residents with questions or in need of assistance regarding the closure can contact the Public Car Parks Service by email at spp@gouv.mc or by telephone at (+377) 98 98 80 49. Clear signage and guidance will be put in place ahead of the closure to assist drivers with the transition.
