Entrepreneurs in Monaco looking to set up shop in a prime location now have a fresh opportunity, as the Administration des Domaines announces the availability of a new state-owned commercial space in the heart of the Jardin Exotique district.
Located on the first floor (R+1) of the modern complex at 97-98 boulevard du Jardin Exotique, the unit spans a generous 584 square metres and is offered in shell condition — a blank canvas for innovative retail or service-based concepts, including restaurants. However, proposals involving office or industrial activities will not be considered.
The Government is encouraging interested parties to apply by collecting a candidacy dossier, available for download via the official Government website at monentreprise.gouv.mc, or in person at the Administration des Domaines’ offices on the 5th floor of 5, promenade Honoré II (Hall A), Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:00, excluding public holidays.
To give prospective tenants a chance to evaluate the space, guided visits are scheduled for Wednesday, June 25 from 14:30 to 16:00 and Thursday, July 3 from 10:00 to 11:30.
Completed applications must be submitted to the Administration des Domaines no later than 12:00 on Frida, July 25, with no exceptions for late entries.
