To commemorate the 2023 centenary of Prince Rainier III, every Monegasque household will be offered a boxed set of two souvenir albums, titled Retour en images…
The first album focuses on the grand celebrations of 31 May 2023, while the second covers the full range of events held throughout the centenary year. The initiative is a gift from His Serene Highness Prince Albert II and Her Serene Highness Princess Stéphanie, who presided over the official centenary committee.
Distribution will take place in two phases: from Monday 2 June to Friday 13 June between 9:00 and 17:00 at Espace Léo Ferré, and from Monday 16 June onwards, until stock runs out, at the Mairie’s État-Civil Nationalité service from 08:30 to 16:00.
Each Monegasque household is entitled to one set. The person collecting must be of legal age and present a valid Monegasque ID. Adult children aged 18 to 29 living with their Monegasque parents are considered part of the same household and are not eligible for a separate set.
Collections by proxy are possible with a dated and signed letter of authorisation, a copy of the absent person’s Monegasque ID, and the ID of the collector.
Eligible seniors receiving home assistance from the Mairie will have their albums delivered directly to their residence by municipal staff. They will be contacted beforehand and do not need to travel. Limited-edition flags and “Centenaire” memorabilia will also be available while supplies last.
