Monaco’s famed Place du Casino has a bold new nightlife destination: Selva Monte-Carlo, a sultry, tropical-themed club launched on May 1 by Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer (SBM) in partnership with D.ream International. Nestled within the Café de Paris complex and accessed via Allée François Blanc, Selva is already shaping up to be the summer’s hottest ticket—offering an immersive escape into what organisers call the “dark side of the jungle”.
Designed as more than just a nightclub, Selva Monte-Carlo promises a heady blend of lush décor, hypnotic beats, and cocktails crafted with the precision of haute couture. Running Thursday to Saturday from midnight until dawn, the venue will be open throughout the summer season until the end of September. With space for just 200 guests, it’s an intimate yet electric affair, with a strict elegant dress code to match.
The music—an eclectic fusion of house and “electropical”—is curated by both local and international DJs, serving as a natural extension of the vibe at Amazónico Monte-Carlo. Guests can begin their night at Amazónico, the Buddha-Bar, or the revamped Café de Paris before diving deep into Selva’s wild atmosphere until 5am.
SBM is making a statement with Selva’s debut during one of Monaco’s biggest weekends. The club is hosting four exclusive nights during the Monaco Grand Prix, featuring big-name acts like Hugel, Themba, and Adam Ten, and collaborations with party brand GOSPËL. These back-to-back events promise a high-octane mix of glamour, music, and midnight revelry.
Selva’s drinks menu is as indulgent as its setting. Signature cocktails include La Femme d’Or, a decadent blend anchored by Rémy Martin Louis XIII cognac with passion fruit hydromel, fig and apricot bitters, saffron, and honey. Meanwhile, L’Embarricado leans toward the bold, combining award-winning Enemigo Extra Añejo tequila with Campari, Picon Amer, and Torino’s iconic Cocchi vermouth.
With the opening of Selva in Monte-Carlo’s historic centre and the enduring success of Jimmy’z Monte-Carlo on the seafront, SBM is doubling down on its strategy to cement the Principality as a prime destination for high-end nocturnal escapism.
Selva Monte-Carlo is open Thursday to Saturday, from midnight to 5:00. Last reservations are taken at 3:00, with final entry at 4:00. Further details can be found at: montecarlosbm.com
