Monaco’s business community gathered in style on Thursday, May 15, to toast the official opening of MCBC III—the latest addition to the Monte-Carlo Business Center portfolio—now strategically moored at Le Luciana on Port Hercule.

With its enviable position a stone’s throw from the Yacht Club de Monaco and perched above the famed Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit, MCBC III isn’t just another office space—it’s a calculated power play. Over two levels and 250 square metres, the new business hub caters to today’s entrepreneurs with a mix of sleek private offices, collaborative workspaces, and a state-of-the-art meeting room. The design takes its cues from Monaco’s maritime identity, creating a refined setting that feels less like walking into an office and more like boarding a private yacht.

Guests at the launch, drawn from Monaco’s elite economic circles, explored the new facility while sipping cocktails courtesy of Dean & Deluca Monte-Carlo, the recently opened outpost of the famed New York gourmet brand at the Metropole Shopping Centre. The event was equal parts tour, networking, and tastefully understated celebration.

Among the fifty-odd attendees were key figures from Monaco’s banking, real estate, and concierge sectors, as well as representatives of Young Professionals in Yachting Monaco (YPY)—a fitting presence, given MCBC III’s clear tilt toward the yachting world. The portside locale positions the centre as a natural home base for professionals working in or around the industry.

With this third location, Monte-Carlo Business Center continues to scale up its offering without losing sight of its original mission: to provide contemporary, practical, and prestige-driven work environments for businesses looking to anchor themselves in Monaco’s fast-paced economic harbour.
