Young people in Monaco can start planning their summer now: bookings for the 2025 edition of the Pass’Sport Culture programme will officially open on Thursday, June 12, the Centre d’Information de l’Éducation Nationale (CIEN) has confirmed.

The initiative, designed for residents and students in the Principality aged 11 to 25, offers access to a wide selection of cultural, sporting, educational, and leisure activities throughout the summer for a flat fee of 60 euros. It’s a long-running and popular scheme that aims to enrich personal development while providing a structured, supervised environment.

However, there’s one catch: to reserve a spot, participants must already hold a valid Pass’Sport Culture membership card for the 2024–2025 year.

Those who are already registered can head to the CIEN in person to make their bookings from June 12. New applicants, meanwhile, must complete their administrative registration no later than Sunday, June 9 to be eligible.

Registration can be done either online—via the secure government platform www.loisirsdenjs.gouv.mc (only available to users with an active account through the Centre de Loisirs Prince Albert II or a previous Pass’Sport Culture membership)—or by submitting a paper application. Forms can be downloaded from the official website cien.gouv.mc/mission-jeunesse, or picked up in person at the CIEN. Completed forms may also be submitted via email to passsportculture@gouv.mc.

The process forms part of Monaco’s broader “Extended Monaco” initiative to modernise public services through digital tools, with the goal of making access to government programmes quicker, easier, and more secure.

Young residents are encouraged to act early to avoid missing out, as many of the programme’s most sought-after sessions tend to fill up fast.
