The Principality’s annual campaign to calculate its Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is now underway, with the Institut Monégasque de la Statistique et des Études Économiques (IMSEE) launching its official 2024 survey…
Conducted in collaboration with Monaco’s economic stakeholders and supported by the Prince’s Government, this statistical operation is essential to measuring the Principality’s economic performance.
All businesses selected for the survey are encouraged to submit their data either online via the dedicated teleservice accessible at imsee.mc, or by completing and returning the paper form sent by post. Participation is mandatory, and timely responses are vital for ensuring accurate and comprehensive GDP reporting.
The IMSEE emphasizes that the survey is conducted solely for statistical purposes and has no connection to tax obligations. Responses are handled exclusively by trained and legally authorised IMSEE personnel, guaranteeing confidentiality and secure data processing.
Monaco’s GDP is a key economic indicator used to guide national development policy, attract investment, and assess growth across sectors. The cooperation of all businesses involved is therefore not only appreciated, but essential for painting an accurate picture of the Principality’s evolving economy.
For any questions or assistance with the process, IMSEE’s GDP study team can be reached via the toll-free number 8000 2008, by phone at (+377) 98 98 98 88, or through the official website imsee.mc.
