The third edition of Monaco for Employment has once again proven its status as a must-attend recruitment event in the Principality, bringing together nearly 6,000 job seekers and more than 100 companies from 13 different sectors at the Grimaldi Forum…

The event, designed to connect businesses with skilled professionals, has grown significantly since its launch, reinforcing Monaco’s position as a dynamic employment hub.

With Monaco’s economy experiencing 4% annual employment growth, businesses continue to seek new recruits across industries such as finance, digital, legal, healthcare, and construction. This year, the luxury sector was also given a dedicated space, reflecting the Principality’s international prestige. “Our priority is to find exceptional talents who can contribute to Monaco’s continued growth,” said one exhibitor.

For job seekers, the event provided direct access to recruiters, fostering valuable connections. “It’s a great opportunity to meet employers face-to-face and explore career possibilities in Monaco,” said one attendee. The forum also emphasized networking and collaboration, with businesses not only scouting talent but also forming strategic partnerships with fellow exhibitors.

A key highlight of this edition was the signing of a housing charter between the Monaco government and the Monegasque hotel industry, ensuring accommodation options for seasonal workers—an ongoing challenge in the region. Additionally, Monaco’s teleworking initiatives and mobility solutions, including carpooling programs, were presented as ways to improve employee accessibility.

With its largest attendance yet, Monaco for Employment continues to strengthen the Principality’s labor market, ensuring both businesses and professionals benefit from its thriving economy. Plans are already underway for a fourth edition in February 2026, promising even more opportunities for job seekers and companies alike.
